We collect any communications between you and the Freelancers who work for the Application. Further, you may from time to time choose to provide payment-related financial information (credit card, debit card, bank account details, billing address, etc.) on the Application. We are committed to keeping all such sensitive data/information safe at all times and ensuring that such data/information is only transacted over secure Applications of approved payment gateways that are digitally encrypted, and provide the highest possible degree of care available under the technology presently in use. We shall collect and store all such information in our internal Company servers for a finite period, as long as you are a User of the Application, and shall immediately delete all such information upon the expiry of your Usership. We shall also delete all aforementioned communication between you and the Freelancers upon withdrawal of Usership of any single Party to the communication.
The Company will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. To the extent possible, we provide you the option of not divulging any specific information that you wish for us not to collect, store or use. You may also choose not to use a particular service or feature on the Application, and opt out of any non-essential communications from the Application.
Further, transacting over the internet has inherent risks which can only be avoided by you following security practices yourself, such as not revealing account/loginrelated information to any other person and informing our customer care team about any suspicious activity or where your account has/may has been compromised.
At every stage before, during, or after information collection, you have the right to access all personally identifiable information provided, rectify or alter all personally identifiable information provided, restrict the level of information to be retained as per your sole discretion, and object to the retention, use and potential disclosure of the personally identifiable information.
The information provided by You shall be used to Contact You when necessary and is also used for targeted marketing campaigns i.e. email marketing, remarketing, look-alike campaigns, etc., to conduct surveys, learn more about You by linking Your data with additional data through third-party data providers or analyzing the data with the help of analytics service providers; Improve and develop new products, services, and features; Analyze purchase, usage and traffic data.

User who is availing services from Kokan Vadhuvar shall be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions.
This agreement shall govern the relationship between users and Kokan Vadhuvar and all transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Kokan Vadhuvar for all purposes.
On signing up for registration with Kokan Vadhuvar, users consciously accept the terms and conditions.
Besides the provisions of services, Kokan Vadhuvar acts as a platform for all its users to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that Kokan Vadhuvar will only provide contact between and among the users within its service framework.
Kokan Vadhuvar is not the agent of any user/member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof.
Users/Members’ profiles may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where Kokan Vadhuvar does not have any control over the search engines’ behavior, and Kokan Vadhuvar shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines.
If any misuse of the services is found, the account will be suspended without any prior intimation to the user.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company or third party for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
a) Our Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred, or licensed to be used by any other person/entity.
b) users are allowed to search for an eligible partner of the opposite sex. Any search by tampering URL will be deemed as misuse of service.
c) Reproduction, Recirculation of members' or any other data on the Application is a serious crime and will be reported to the Cyber Crime Unit.
d) Messages sent to other users or members of the opposite gender should be only to find a life partner. Users are not allowed to misuse the services in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc. as this Application is not a dating Application.
e) All content on the Application, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software is the property of Kokan Vadhuvar.
f) The minimum age for registering with Kokan Vadhuvar, is 21 years for women/females and 21 years for men/males.
g) If Kokan Vadhuvar discovers or becomes aware that any user and/or member is using our Application to promote or engage or indulge in illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs his or her membership will be terminated forthwith without any refund and such member/person shall liable to Kokan Vadhuvar for loss of goodwill or any damages. The discretion of termination shall be final; and binding on all the users/members.
h) Registration Fees once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
i) Each user shall give true and correct information while filling out the registration form.
j) Once the member pays registration fees, the profile will be online within 2 working days. Members will receive one email once the profile is online. It is the member's responsibility to check online data. If any changes, a member can inform us at sushabranding@gmail.com
k) Email ID and mobile number of the user are mandatory for online registration.
l) Bride can view only Groom's details. The groom can view only the Bride's details.
m) Member is responsible for the content and information provided by them [including profile and photograph] transmitted through Kokan Vadhuvar services.
n) Kokan Vadhuvar reserves the right to edit/delete the user’s photograph if it's not a valid/clear/related one.
o) The Kokan Vadhuvar shall have the right to remove the profile of the member/user from the Application on the request mail by the member/user once the marriage is fixed by using our services Once we receive an email from the member/user, the profile will be removed from our Application within two working days.
p) The user/member has every right to terminate the membership. If they choose to terminate the membership, the membership fees paid shall not be refundable at any point in time.
q) The Kokan Vadhuvar shall validate every detail of the members but the character verification will be done by the interested parties themselves.
r) Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Kokan Vadhuvar. Kokan Vadhuvar reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
a) Cookies are small files that an Application or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive or Mobile through the user’s Web browser (if users allow) that enables the Applications or service providers systems to recognize the user’s browser and capture and remember certain information
b) We use cookies to help us remember and process the items to understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements, and compile aggregate data about Application traffic and Application interaction so that we can offer better Application experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our application visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Such prior information shall be completely removed from our databases, including stored ‘backup’ systems. We keep users’ personal information only as long as users are availed of our services and will not be retained by us any longer than it is necessary for which the personal information by the applicable laws. In practice, we delete or anonymize user information at the deletion of the user’s account, unless the same is required to comply with legal obligations, fraud prevention, and take action. We deem it necessary to protect the integrity of our Application or our users.
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. It is important that you protect it against unauthorized access to your account and information by choosing your password carefully, and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our services. You agree not to use the account, username, email address, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. Each paragraph of this privacy policy shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all and any other paragraphs herein except where otherwise expressly indicated or indicated by the context of the agreement. The decision or declaration that one or more of the paragraphs are null and void shall not affect the remaining paragraphs of this privacy policy.
